Then you can use Tag Manager's web-based interface to configure tracking tags, create triggers that activate your tag at specific events, and create variables that can be used to simplify and automate your tag configurations.

A collection of tags, triggers, variables, and related configurations installed on a particular website or mobile app is called a container. A Tag Manager container can replace any other manually tagged tag on a website or app, e.g. tags from Google Ads, Google Analytics and Floodlight as well as third-party tags.
